Then if that doesn't work google what the file type is (probably encrypted zip or rar) if it encrypted your stuffed mate sorry, you'd have to pay more to decrypt it than you would to buy the photos.TL:DR, buy the photos/ take them yourself/ friend with camera. This waves your rights to the photos & it also states that we own your photos. If you need more prints please bring the CD back to the studio and we will be happy to reprint new sheets for 15.00(one color no special effect) or 30.00(with special effect) per 10x13 sheet.
