Expedition One Bumper Install Instructions

  1. Expedition One 4runner Rear Bumper

This is the Install video of our newest product for the Jeep JK Wrangler, The Core Series Front Bumper. We prototyped the core over 2 years ago, and finally we've got them finished and ready go. This video helps give the basics on the install, but is not a substitute for the written instructions. Always read the instructions first and wear safety glasses when appropriate. If your wondering when it is appropriate to wear safety glasses please do not install your own bumper. Just don't do it. Find someone else to do the install for you.I could tell you this story about a guy named Kevin that will remain nameless.

Long story short he accidently tried to plug a grinder into his eye via a 'whip snap style method' without safety glasses. Put a dent in his eye. It was rough. He was actually wearing safety glasses, but he took them off for just a moment and BAM! Just something to think about. Anyway if you actually read through this I'm impressed. Hope you enjoy the video.

Hey everyone, I am new to the forum but ran into a major problem while installing my Expedition one front bumper this weekend on my 2017 Tundra.Companies invoice says it’s a 2014+ but the installation instructions included say 2007-2013. Didn’t think of it as a big deal, go online and get the right ones.Well the directions state recommendation of 1/2” gap between body and bumper.

Expedition one bumper install instructions 2017

The issue I ran into is I can’t even get it to sit below the body line period. I have adjusted everything to as low as it can go and nothing.

I attempted several times to contact company Friday without success. I am going to keep trying Monday but figured I would ask the group if they had this happen on their installs or recommendations. My opinion is either the bumper mount is out of spec (unlikely) or they sent me the mounting package for the 2007-2013 model.

The bumper itself appears to correct but I cannot make final determination till I can get it mounted. After 22 weeks of waiting this is beyond.
