Good but could be greatI have both the X5SW reviewed here and an X5UW. Both will run you about the same price but the X5SW doesn't have all the features of the UW version. This one's biggest plus is that it comes with five batteries and a multi-charger. Flight time per battery is 7 to 9 minutes so you're looking at 35 - 45 minutes of overall flight time. I took advantage of every battery first time out.

The only major disappointment I had with this quad was the fact that this model does not include any barometric sensor to allow the unit to hover at whatever height you want to set. You must constantly adjust the speed of the rotors to maintain a certain height. That makes it difficult to record with the camera and make your recordings appear to be stationary.

The remote's look makes it seem inferior to the ones included with the X5UW and even the one included with the smaller X20. It looks like a toy controller with imitation buttons and such on the face. The actual controls, however, are very responsive and feel solid.

The LCD display is very clear and fully functional. I believe the makers of this model should make the batteries the plug-in type like those for the UW model. These batteries must be plugged/unplugged and then slid into/removed from a compartment built into the side of the main section.

I mention this because I also own an Intrude U207 4-inch quad that has batteries the connect the same way. After a time, one of the connecting wires on the quad broke and I had to dismantle the unit and solder it back on. I can foresee the same thing happening with this unit if used a lot.I can be a bit picky, but if you overlook the items I've mentioned, this unit flies very nice and has a long flight time. It's easy to control and is very responsive.
