I am not trying to rob the company or photographer of copyright. If they would let me touch up the photo, I'd buy even more prints from them. For you guys, I thought it might be an interesting challenge to someone into hacking.Thanks again. Don't be annoyed just because no one is 'helping' you. If these aren't encripted try changing the file extension, google it. Then if that doesn't work google what the file type is (probably encrypted zip or rar) if it encrypted your stuffed mate sorry, you'd have to pay more to decrypt it than you would to buy the photos.TL:DR, buy the photos/ take them yourself/ friend with camera. You can not open the files because of the fact that we encrypt the photos and burn them on to the cd as thumbnails. The photos are copy-written and we own them. They DO NOT belong to you. You agreed to this at the time of purchase.
Before we can even process you photos for print, you have to agree to the waiver that the photographer showed you on the TV screen. This waves your rights to the photos & it also states that we own your photos. If you need more prints please bring the CD back to the studio and we will be happy to reprint new sheets for 15.00(one color no special effect) or 30.00(with special effect) per 10x13 sheet. We DO NOT convert files, that will never happen.

Based on the agreement signed by the OP (and others) you really only have 2 options. Go back to PI for additional pix (and costs) or get a current employee to 'steal' from his/her company and do for free. The second option is just plain silly.So, go back and deal with the devil or go elsewhere.
